I have had many people call me concerned about the possible impacts the Coronavirus may have on their health.

It is important to remember the public health measures currently in place are there to minimise the possible spread of the virus. No doubt you are following advice to wash your hands thoroughly, maintain social distancing, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth and cover your mouth/nose when sneezing.

Coronavirus greatest effect is on people who have a pre-existing health condition such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

If you area healthy but want to do more to protect your health, you can also strengthen your immune system by taking supplements such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D. The herbal kingdom has some fantastic anti-viral herbs such as Elderberry, St John's Wort, Echinacea, Garlic, Licorice and Calendula.
